What is the age requirement?
At least 17 years of age for the nursing assistant program and 18 years or older for all the other offered programs.
Will the entire program be conducted online?
No. Per CPDH regulations 60 hours will be online with live classes and an instructor and the remaining 100 clinical hours will be conducted at a clinical site for our nursing assistant program. The medical assistant program students will meet in person with the instructor 1 to 2 days a week per instructors schedule. Majority of MA theory will be online.
How much is school tuition?
Tuition for each program is listed in our catalog. Enrollment fees are different for each program and payment plans and or financing is available to all students that qualify.
Are all fees covered in tuition?
Yes. At Greenwood Healthcare College we would like to take away any hassles or confusion for our students. We include BLS-CPR, state testing, live scan, technology fee, scrubs & clinical/practicum supplies in the tuition.
Does Greenwood Healthcare College provide assistance with job placement?
Yes, although we do not guarantee our student a job after completing our program, we will provide letter of recommendations and services in finding employment.
